Here’s what leaders are saying:
Leadership ConneXion provides a full day seminar that both informs and challenges leaders and inquirers to new depths and new directions in missions. It more than whets the appetite, it provides substance that is immediately usable as well as material grow into the future of missions.

Several years ago I started taking Leadership ConneXion on the Friday morning before the start of Mission ConneXion Northwest. I have continued to take them every year. I have found them to have exceptional instructors who have challenged me in each one of the courses. The topics always seem to be relevant to what I need to learn. I feel that Leadership Connexion not only helps me as an individual but also helps our church grow in missions. Delving into areas that are unknown in missions can be scary, but Leadership Connexion makes it easy to learn and increases the network of people who can assist you in areas that promote the needs of you and your congregation. Learning from each other about what works and what doesn’t is important. Let’s do missions right by learning from each other and networking solutions for the Kingdom. I am looking forward to this year’s Leadership ConneXion and excited to be able to learn more about finding the passion that will connect me with my neighbor and answer the question of “Who IS my neighbor?” I hope to see you there…and I almost forgot to mention…they feed you lunch!

Leadership ConneXion has always been a super beneficial experience for me and for those I have taken. Quality presentations, relevant topics, exposure to helpful resources and the opportunity to connect with other leaders are among the many blessings one can expect at this event.

Steve Moore has done what might seem impossible – he’s given life in the most practical of ways to an old and trusted friend – the Parable of the Good Samaritan. This is my favorite and most often quoted of Jesus’ stories. I’ve looked at it from every angle – but somehow Steve has managed to bring in several completely new takes….This book feels like a must-read for anyone serious about engaging both their literal neighbors as well as the “neighbors” around the world we often ignore.

Leadership Connexion and Mission Connexion give us the encouragement to keep us on track. We come from a small church and don’t have a large mission program. We enjoy being with people who are like minded and the workshops help us grow. We have been on several mission trips: Brazil, Haiti, India, Arizona, Montana and Honduras.
Leadership Connexion and Mission Connexion keeps us motivated. We enjoy the worship and it’s great to see so many youth and have watched Mission Connexion grow each year. The Mission Connexion team does a great job. Thank you!
