All Registration Volunteers

  • Time commitment = Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday, 7:30am-7:00pm (will be time for breaks)
    • Must commit to both time segments
  • One meal provided Friday; two meals provided on Saturday (see distribution times below)
  • Check-in at the Main Atrium
  • Report 1st to VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
    • Pick-up volunteer t-shirt and meal tickets
  • If smart phone or laptop is required, BRING CHARGER

 

Greeter @ any entrance (Main, South, East, Fellowship Hall)

  • Greet everyone coming in the doors and direct as needed:
    • To Check-in if pre-registered
    • To Registration if not pre-registered
      • Workshop instructors are required to be registered
    • Need to be watchful, friendly, and bold

 

Check-In Attendant @ Main Atrium

  • “Check-in” each individual with Eventbrite Organizer app (MUST HAVE SMART PHONE)
  • Provide appropriate lanyard
    • Remind each one to please return when leaving the conference for the final time

 

Check-In Assistant @ Fellowship Hall

  • “Check-in” each individual with Eventbrite Organizer app (MUST HAVE SMART PHONE)
  • Provide appropriate lanyard (or send to Main Atrium for correct one)
    • Remind each one to please return when leaving the conference for the final time

 

Registrar, Main Atrium

  • Print tickets for individuals who are pre-registered (bring laptop with power supply)
  • Direct to Fellowship Hall if not pre-registered

 

Registrar, Fellowship Hall

  • Register individuals if space allows (bring laptop with power supply)
  • Assist with printing of tickets if needed
  • Assist workshop lead with survey input

 

Registrar, Exhibitors

  • Register exhibitor representatives (the individuals, not the organization)
